Providing Quality, Compassionate Care

All Creatures Animal Clinic was established by Dr. Irvin Ingram in 1987. The practice has grown tremendously, now serving nearly 7,000 patients. Taking care of these patients are Dr. Robert Matyjaszek, Dr. Nichole Hooper, Dr. Cara Wynne, Dr. Erin Miyamoto, Dr. Samantha Mielke, and Dr. Sarah Lindquist.

Each doctor brings a unique view of veterinary medicine and each is highly regarded by their clients and their clients’ furry family members. The compassionate, quality care provided here is also extended through our outstanding client services team and veterinary technicians. Together they have formed an unbeatable team.

Policies

Missed Appointment Policy

Due to the high demand for appointments, when a client cancels without advance notice, it prevents another patient from being seen. For this reason, our 24-hour cancellation policy will now be strictly enforced. We ask that when you need to cancel an appointment, please call or text us immediately so we can accommodate as many patients as possible. If we are closed, please leave a message to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $80 no-show/late rescheduling fee will be charged if your appointment is canceled without 24-hour notice. If you do cancel your appointment without notice, a non-refundable deposit of $80 will be required before scheduling any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding.

Patient Arrival Policy

We operate by appointment only. A completed patient intake form is required for all appointments. We make every effort to see each patient on time and ask that you are on time for your appointment. If you are running behind, please call us to let us know and determine if we are still able to accommodate your pet. If you are more than ten minutes late, we may ask that you reschedule to ensure enough time to provide a thorough visit. All pets must be restrained with a leash or carrier. For the safety of our staff, we require all pets to have a current rabies vaccination.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of all services. We accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, checks from established clients, CareCredit, or ScratchPay. We are unable to offer any other type of payment plans or deferred payment. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.

Prescription Refill Policy

Please do not wait until the last minute to request a refill, as we may not be able to accommodate your request as quickly as your pet needs. Please allow AT LEAST 48 hours for all refill requests to be reviewed by the veterinarian and filled. We recommend calling at least a week before running out of medication to prevent any lapse in doses. Please pay attention to labels that may indicate lab work or an exam is required prior to refilling. Veterinarians cannot refill medications if the patient has not had an exam in more than twelve months.
