Dr. Hooper is a South Florida native who earned both her undergraduate and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from the University of Florida in Gainesville. After graduation, she completed two intensive internships—one in small animal medicine and surgery, followed by a second focused on emergency and critical care. She then pursued a three-year residency in emergency and critical care medicine to further deepen her expertise.

Dr. Hooper serves as our medical director. Since joining the All Creatures team in 2015, she has continued to expand her professional training. She now offers integrative veterinary care, incorporating Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) modalities such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and food therapy into her practice to provide a more holistic approach to animal health and healing.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Hooper enjoys spending quality time with her family, caring for her saltwater aquarium, and adventuring with her two dogs, Roux and Koda.
